Pet Policy

We are a pet friendly community and welcome both dogs and cats, with a limit of 2 pets per home. There are some breed restrictions, including but not limited to: Pit Bull Terriers, Staffordshire Terriers, Rottweilers, German Shepherds, Presa Canarios, Chows Chows, Doberman Pinschers, Akitas, Wolfhybrids, Mastiffs, Cane Corsos, Great Danes, Alaskan Malamutes, Siberian Huskies, Belgian Malinois, and St. Bernard. The breed list may change at the property management's discretion, and no mix of restricted breeds will be accepted.

There is a one-time refundable $500 pet deposit and a $50 monthly pet rent per pet. If applicant has a registered service animal or emotional support animal with documentation, pet rent and deposit are waived.
